nedd help please

Here is the deal, i have been using the local cable Co. for internet services for years(and really like it)I also have aol. Gets a little pricey...50.00 cable month, 14.95 aol and then the local phone Co. charges 6.50 a month for something(a charge to recover cost associated with connecting to a telecommunciation service provider's interstate network) So here is what i need to know, before cable I had a sep. phone line and that is also to much. I want(need to) get rid of the cable, and possible aol as well. If I were to keep aol will it be the same price 14.95 or will I also have to pay the phone Co. more? It has been along time since I have had dial up and do not know where to start. Any suggestions?????PLEASE
