Does anyone have some extra seeds to these? These are the ones that get huge, like over 100 pounds.
I have lots of seeds, including lots of vege seeds to trade. I will make a list. Thanks.
Looking for giant pumpkin seeds
The ones showm in Market Growers forum are Big Moon. We only planted them & hand weeded once about the time they were starting to run. No special treatment at all. The large one weighs about 85#.

If you want to go hard-core into giants or want really large (over 100lbs.) with little effort, P&P seeds has a variety of giants. The seeds are NOT cheap, but you'll see that they're priced by the weight of the pumpkins (squash) they came from. They range from $3.50 for 6 seeds from a 400 pounder to $5.00 for 2 seeds from a cross where the parents were over one thousand pounds each.

There's Dill's site as well.

A good site for growing advice is The Pumpkin Nook

Thanks, a friend actually had a few packs of 100+ pound seeds and gave them to me. I had NO IDEA they got to 1000lb!!!
Some growers baby them to the extent of each young plant having its own little ceramic heater.....I love gardening butttttt????
Hey! You posted while I was editing! ;-) I added a link to the Pumpkin Nook in my last post. If you click the link for "Pumpkin Records" on their home page, you'll see one that reached 1,485 lbs. The only reason it didn't go over 1,500 lbs. was because the stem cracked. It looks like it should have wheels and a windshield.
Ooops, 1458, not 1485, but still...
