Our local Canadian Tire Store has bags of composted Cow Poop and Sheep Poop on Sale.
What would be best, overall, to turn in my Veggie Garden, to overwinter, and enrich soil for next season?

I recall seeing a chart on the nutrients of different manures in an organic gardening book written by the Rhodale people. You might find it at your local library, or check Organic Gardening on the web. Also try posting this question in the soil or organic gardening forums on Davesgarden.
