OK,
MY folks used to be able to put a roast in the oven and when they took it out it was so tender it fell apart...
I don't know how they did it and mine usually have to be sliced and come out rather tough, or at least tougher than I want.
I usually use the crock pot but even that doesn't make it like my folks' roast beef was - succulent and tender and amazingly delicious.
What am I doing wrong???
