I went in to see my boss last week and told him,
“Hey boss,we’re doing some heavy house-cleaning at home tomorrow, and my wife needs me to help with the cellars and the garage, moving and hauling stuff.”
“We’re short-handed, Barry”, he replied, “I can’t give you the day off.”
“Thanks, boss,” I said “I knew I could count on you!” :-D
