tiG sent me 3 cuttings. One is Isabel, one is Solid Gold, and one is a puzzle. It is a deeper pink than Isabel, but mainly around the hem of the skirt. It quickly switches to white up the trumpet to the calyx with no green in the calyx like Isabel. I had a picture of it at one point but don't know where it is now. If I find it, I will direct you all to it as I don't know how to create links here yet..
Help me identify one of tiG's
just copy the web address above in your GO spot. Then paste it into your message. It turns in to a link!
http://davesgarden.com/
I have no idea what you just said. I need a much more fundamental explanation.
Any time you go to any site, the exact address is in the bar at the top of your screen. Right now mine says http/davesgarden.com/t/398587/ (I left out a couple of things so you could see it without it turning into a link). When you WANT it to be a link, go to the page that you want to copy, go up to that bar, and right click (click the right button on your mouse). The whole thing will be highlighted (turned a different color background) & a little menu will pop up, click the left button on COPY. When you're ready to post your link, click the right button again, and click the left button on PASTE. Your link will be there when you preview your post. http://davesgarden.com/t/398587/
You can only have one thing at a time on your clipboard (where the COPY thing is stored) & it will stay there until you put something else there, or turn your computer off.
Thanks Ronna. It does sound so much harder than it really is!
Why don't you ask tiG??
you can just send me a picture if you want.
Azalea, because we were all having trouble identifying it so I hoped we would get some help. I don't think I have a picture of it anymore on my hard drive. I think they are all the Isabel, which I adore. tiG, the blossoms in this flush are larger than the ones in the first flush.....
it could be the same as the other one, time of year and weather can make for bigger/smaller, darker/ lighter blooms on the same plant.
I wondered about that......will still send a pic to you if i can find it. These are about 20 miles apart, so what you said could be the case. I sure am enjoying them, tiG. Thanks ever so much again!
you are more than welcome, I'm glad you've enjoyed them.
