Well, my diet is going very well. I've been too darn busy to even really think of food. Very interesting state to be in - usually this high level of busy-frantic-chaotic is coupled with "nervous eating", but instead, I just go into auto-pilot and keep going.
Had an all-nighter last night packing lilies for a co-op, so that surely helped my metabolism - maybe enough so tomorrow looks good.
woodspirit - you get cholesterol tests? Results? I'm curious since I'm also doing the low carb, high protein and am aware this can be impacted (but that is also debatable depending on the article that you read).
