Oh Baby! That is beautiful!
puttytat, do you have re-bloomers? Which ones? I wanted to look at all your iris pictures so I went to the members' list to click on your name but I think they accidently have you in there as puttyRat, lol. Perhaps you should advise Dave.
I have rebloomers - way too many to list - but open now: ROSALIE FIGGE, AUTUMN TRYST, LICHEN, SIGN OF VIRGO.
You might want to recheck for my member page because "puttyrat" lives in Virginia - we live in Missouri.
I will be touch puttytat, through Sutton's. I'm glad you're not a rat.....
What is "through Sutton's"? I am not affiliated with their garden (which is in California)!
I do not know how I got the idea you were afiliated with Sutton's irises. I apoligize profusely and hope everyone knows. I have explained my error to folks in other forums too.
So, do you grow iris commercially? and what is the name of your business if you do?
Again, so sorry for the mix-up......

No harm done - just a lot of Email! I am not a commercial grower - only a passionate home gardener. Sutton's, by the way, IS an outstanding source of rhizomes (I'm not affiliated but I AM a good customer!).
What do you think of Iris City Garden (ICG), Enchanted April and Iris Test Garden (ITG)? Are they good suppliers? I got a couple of Beverly Sills from ebay and they were huge! I really a bang for my buck there......
Iris City has excellent quality and friendly service; rhizomes from Iris Test Garden vary a lot in size but have always been healthy and the family is very nice to deal with. Haven't used Enchanted April because I already grow the desired cultivars from their catalog. There are LOTS of good commercial growers to choose from. You can get some great buys on ebay - also some ringers (like the Wal-Mart iris, sometimes not the variety described!)!!
