My DH rescued a mother cat & her four kittens from a construction dump site a few weeks ago. The mother came right up to them to be petted & was obviously hungry. The guys only had a handful of potato chips on them, but quickly went to Walmart for some cat food. He brought all five of them home in a milk crate!
