Took D*O*G in yesterday for his "lobotomy". Not a big deal,but because he was endowed well enough to make a grown man proud (LOL) a scrotal ablation had to be done. When I called yesterday about 4:15 he was doing fine. Went to pick him up this morning...he was sooo excited to see me. Then I noticed that he was bleeding. Aparently D*O*G had been licking and in his joy at seeing me pulled a stitch. The vet said I couldn't bring him home until the stitch had been replaced. Also he will need an Elizabethian collar,but my vet didn't have one large enough. So here I sit a bundle of nerves...I'll call about 3:45 to make sure all is well and I can once again go to pick him up. I just hope I can keep the other dogs off of him once home so he can heal okay. It will NOT be an easy task as they all play really hard. At least it's the weekend so Bill will be home,but I have a feeling tonight will be tough. Hey tsavo, wanna come over for the night and help? Wish us luck and hold happy thoughts for my D*O*G.
