Happy to be getting blooms. Even if they aren't super-duper spectacular. The pink one is a Versi Peach x BF cross. I just might keep the white one. The flowers measure 10-inches across.

I still say there isn't a brug I don't like. Some might be better and some worse, but they are all very pretty. Nice soft evening color.
Any that bloom are okay in my book - LOL!
This year I'm saying the same thing. It has been a tough year here in Iowa. I still think I'll see a lot of bloom before frost. Hope you do too.
I want to know the secret of keeping the seed pods from dropping when you bring them in. I lost almost all of them last year. I was wondering if I should start digging the plants up earlier this year and let them overcome the shock while they're still outside.
You better keep the big white!I love whites,if you don't keep it,send it to my compost pile,yeah right,like anything that nice would see my compost.

Wouldn't it be great if we had a brugling page where we could post a pic of each cross we did. So under lets say Versi Peach x BF cross, PoppySue would have this pic even if she tossed the plant. That way if we were tinking of doing a cross we could look up all the known results and decide if it was worth it or not. It would save us from growing alot of crosses when the odds were against us. What do you all think?
I think you should keep the white one as well it's very pretty. Do you plant your brugs right in the ground? Or do you sink a pot in the ground?
10" across . . wow, that is a big bloom. White is lovely and stands out so much at night.
It really is a great brug to me if it will just bloom and bloom!! Yours is very pretty; I like both of them, and would probably keep them both.
