Irfanview is a small and very fast image editing program. It is not a Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, but it is wonderful for quickly editing pictures for sharpness, contrast, cropping, etc. It also lets you edit images in batches, resizing them and renaming. Many of us at DG use this program daily and just love it.
A few minutes ago, I was e-mailing TC about Irfanview, and when I brought up their site to double-check the URL, I saw there's a new version of Irfanview out.
It looks like there's quite a few neat enhancements this time around, including a Nero plug-in which lets you burn a slideshow to CD-ROM. The release history and the downloads page, plus other information, is at their site: http://www.irfanview.com/
