How To Prepare a Papillote
Cut a 12” by 16” piece of parchment paper (or aluminum foil). Fold in half to 12” x 8” and cut into a half-heart shape, as you would a Valentine. Open, arrange food on one half the heart. Fold over the other half to cover food and bring the edges together. Seal the package by crimping the edges together in a series of neat, small folds. Bake as directed by recipe.
