For the last two days I noticed a small caterpillar munching on one of my elephant ears but I didn't have my camera with me so I didn't get a picture. He was beautiful, black with blue stripes running lenghtwise down each side. I have seen a picture of this cat somewhere before but now I can't find it. Sadly, he has now disappeared. I have a strong suspicion that he was some sort of butterfly. He was shaped just like the monarch cats that I've had in my yard and his behaviour was a lot like theirs. He just didn't seem to have the sneaky nature of the bad cats that are eating my brugs--I know they're there but I can't find them ;-)
I hope he didn't become someone's lunch. Mary Ann
What do you think it was?
Mary Ann,
check on this site for the caterpillar.
There are many pictures of NA cat pics missing but you might get lucky :)
BTW I encourage everyone to submit pictures of the missing cats to this site (there is a list of them on the site).
