Thank you SO much Poppy Sue for sending me this cutting last fall. It's one of my favorite whites. This one has been in full sun and not a flower has turned brown! It is also growing in a metal wash tub- so you know that puppy is hot. It has been in bloom for the last month. My largest flush of flowers opened yesterday.
Cypress Gardens at night!!!
Poo... mine hasn't even bloomed yet! Dontcha hate it when that happens! Maybe I should invest in some metal wash tubs ;o)
Great night shot!
Wow! Nice one. Gotta teach poppysue how to make them bloom. ha
Gorgeous!!!Lucky Duck!
Another pretty one Kristi. I'm not a big fan of whites, even tho I think every garden needs at least one, but yours is really pretty and the way things are blooming around here, I would be happy if all of mine were white if they would just bloom. Nothing wrong with wash tubs. I have about six of the tubs from automatic washers that work very well. They sure use a lot of soil though.
I love the white. They show up so well at night. I have lots of white flowers. Which one is this?
Dopy me, let me guess . . . it's Cypress Garden?
nice shot :)
Datdog, I like the white brugs as the blooms really show well from a distance. And yours is beautiful!
Wow! - I like that. I have a cutting that I planted in May this year. It has not done a thing - it's barely 2 feet tall - compared to the rest I started at the same time - some of which are over 5 feet.
OOOOHH...She's a pretty thing! I just LOVE it! And the pic is stunning. You sure have done a great job, Kristi. I think I have to have one of those to grow here in Wisconsin next year. Renee
Pretty picture.
Congrats.
Kristi your brug is so pretty. There are 2 pictures of this brug in Country Living Gardener, August issue. Yours is prettier!
Oh THANKS!!! I LOVE to take pictures at night. They always turn out so good. I'm not as lucky with my daytime pictures. I really need to get my camera manual out and figure out all the different daytime settings.
