Cute little thing. This is from seeds I got off the garden web a couple of years ago. This is the first bloom. I think the little thing is thanking me for saving him! So don't mention that it's a little on the plain side. I Don't want to hurt it's feelings *grin*! I'll get a close up later. My camera is dead right now.
Here is the link when I saved it from the trash http://davesgarden.com/t/392436/ look how it's grown.

Awwwww!! the little trash seedling is blooming..
Aaaaaaaaaw, such a cute little brug bloom.
Nice long spurs and ruffles on the skirt. Looks like a nice one to me.
Maybe you should name it resurection. LOL That spelling looks really wrong!
It's doing quite nicely, like those uplifted tendrils. i think this might be a great bloomer for you in appreciation of your saving its life.....
Keep watching, it may get some color. I don't think it's plain, it has a nice upturn and very long tendrils!
Looks good to me, looks happy!!
That one is VERY nice, keep us posted!
whoo! that is PRETTY!!!
What a great history this brug has! For that alone you should keep if forever, but I think the bloom is great also. I love the skirt on it! Think of the strories it will tell its baby brugs.
Hi Kell, how do you like our time?
Hi Gloria! I still go to bed way too late.....LOL! I have been telling myself I should go in now for I have to paint a huge closet in the morning then take my Mom to get a perm. I will be tired if I stay up all night......LOL. Flying out Friday!!!
Wow lucky plant. She is very pretty.
It's cute! Maybe it will turn some other color today? I'll keep it just because it will be easy to winter over and I'd feel guilty letting it die off. Poor little thing!
It's good to see you have been rewarded for your act of mercy. And with that slender tall shape, it will be easy to always have a spot to place it.
Don't you just love a happy ending?
I've been reading along & haven't had time to post. I think this is wonderfully rewarding! Maybe I can relate even better now that I have a broken brug from a storm & I will need to mend it back to blooming again before the season is over (fingers crossed).
Great job, Datdog! How the heck you spotted it is amazing to me...
