Hot! Hot! Hot! The only words I can come up with to describe this weather. It is supposed to reach 100 again. I started my new job yesterday. I am going to be doing lots of "paper pushing" with the USDA Rural Development. It is used to be known as the FMHA office. It is a fairly small office - about 20 people. However, one woman is the mother of a classmate of my daughter. One man is from my hometown. And another woman has the same last name of my grandmother's maiden name. And it is such an unusal name that we have to be related. It is a "small world". The worst part of the job is finding parking in downtown Lincoln. The garages charge $6 a day so I am going to park on the side streets and get in a little walking. I have to leave a little earlier but saving $72 a month will be worth it. And I only work 3 days a week so that will give me more time to get my bookkeeping and workshop business done. I did ask when I will be going to St Louis for training. They said it would be after the Fiscal Year which is October 1. I believe it will probable be next year.
