I like this one, grew it last year, and now have some coming up everywhere here this year. It is pretty, but the flowers aren't as large as I usually like to see. Anyone know if it has a name?

Yup, la fleur lilac- I think that is the fancy name for a wild variety of stramonium. Someone will know. It is THE weediest datura I have ever grown, I didn't grow it last year but still have seedlings popping up. It gets really wide (4-5 feet).
I've never let it grow freely so don't have any popping up anywhere. I just grow them in pots to enjoy their little blooms for a few days :)
Cool, thanks all, I believe you are correct. I have grown this one for several years now just didn't know what to call it. Last year I let it go just a bit too long in the garden, when my daughter and I drug it over the hill, it obviously dropped seeds on the way to the pile, because this year it has popped up everywhere!!! But I do love it.
