What brugs give what scents? I've read some smell like
mint but what else can they smell like and which varieties
smell like what? Thanks for any and all input!

I have a Rosa Traum hybrid that smells like a rose. A white Eric seedling that smells like anise or licorice.
I've been after these answers myself! I did remember hearing that Georgiaredclay said his Citronella smells like lemons, I hope so, will be getting one soon!
I have two Suavoleons both smell minty but prettier--and both are different--it is hard to descibe!
My Dr. Seuss smelled spicier--again hard to descibe! Maybe that's why we don't get too many answers, their smells are indescribable!
(Oh well, we can always keep asking)
Some are sweet and clear..others are heavy and musky.Suaveolens tend to be musky..while versicolors tend to be sweet and less heavy scented.

Welcome to DGs (a belated one) ☺ I saw your post on another thread and then saw this. I had my first brugs this year and it is hard to describe their scent as they are not something you can really compare to.
I would say they smell sweet, but not to the point that they are too sweet. I hate too sweet! The way the fragrance just waffs across the yard in the early evening is so refreshing... It's kind of dreamy if that helps any.
Right now I have to put them in the garage at night and it smells SOOOO good in there ~ lol. Never thought I'd be looking for excuses to visit my garage more often ☺

I have been using almost every passerbys nose to figure out Jesse Noel.it is 50/50 Baby oil or rich vanilla.
I don't know about the m/e (something to do with finding the brugs a new home I think ~ I almost asked, too, but didn't).
Root, rich vanilla sounds like a wonderful scent!
Butterfly smells like baby powder to me. A strong smelling baby powder. I've never met a brug that didn't smell good. VO and Dbl. Peach both are strong smelling and sweet.
