Because others here have done it successfully, I am going to cut down my brugs and mulch them heavily and see if they come back. But of course, I'm going to take cuttings. What I need to know is this: Once I have cuttings and they root, do I continue to raise them inside and fertilize and water them, or do I let these smaller plants go dormant? My sister-in-law has a big basement and she is going to sting up some flourescent lighting and she has some big tables. We are both gonna put our bruggies and a few other things down there for the winter, so I need advice. By the way, her Solid Gold that tiG gave me is doing great!
I need a little primer
Donīt try to raise the young rooted brugs . Keep them alive with light and a little water. No fertilizer.
They must have a boarderline between growing and dormant.
Not really dormant like elder plants and not really growing.
Hope this helps:-)
