DH is driving me absolutely nuts!! Wants a cascading mum, I have him searching on Google, he clicks on everything and complains because it has nothing to do with mums.
So please, help save this marriage and tell me where I can find cascading mums for him! Doesn't need to be a trade - I just need a retail outlet to look for it in!
Cascading chrysanthemum
As I recall, this is a method of training Japanese 'mums. Certain varieties are better suited, but there are directions to follow. I grew some of the rare Japanese ones years ago, some looked like thistles in bloom, others like fiber-optic flowers. Problem was they were so day-length sensitive that they would mostly freeze before many blooms would open.
Mine came from Sunny Slope Gardens, in San Gabriel, CA; there does not appear to be a website. More information in the Garden Watchdog. Write to request a catalogue.
Thanks Y'all!
