Double Yellow Brug and Georgia Peach

San Antonio, TX(Zone 9a)

Two questions for all you knowledgeable brug growers. Is there a double yellow one available here in the states? Also, does anyone have a cutting of Georgia Peach they would sell me? Please email and let me know. Thanks.

Marshfield, MO(Zone 6a)

I believe Gloria in Mississippi got a double yellow out of one of her crosses, named it American Pride, if I am not mistaken.

I think Tiara, another double yellow is in the states.

Golden Lady is yellow and its in the states.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

My Golden Lady is more of a cream color. I suppose I need to have a soil analysis done to see if there is something lacking that I don't get the great colors that others get.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

gee Brugie, when you figure it out let me know!!! My Rosamond is not dark like PoppySue's is and my GL is creamy also......................... boo hoo!!

but your new hybrid is very dark so maybe in another yard it would be even darler............... LOL that would be something.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I really think it is the weather, we have been cool and wet, everything is nice bright colors. Lucky me!

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

My Golden Lady will go to frost later this year. It is just a bad plant.( I only speak for my golden Lady in my yard - may be it will flower better anywhere)

Ludger,
Mine are red spider mite magnets. I'm disappointed with them so far. I ordered them this year from Dominion Seed Company and either the Golden Lady and the x Exotica must have had spider mites on them as all of the plants are affected. Some of the Golden Lady plants have Yd only to have the new growth above the Y completely disfigured. The same is true for the x Exotica. I've now sprayed them for the 3rd time, picked off all the leaves and they look ridiculous. They may do better later on, at least that's what I'm hoping.
