Well, I was a bit concerned about the weigh-in because there were several times this week that I cheated on my diet. Most were caused by having to grab a bite somewhere that didn't have low-carb food. Surprise!! I lost 5 lbs. this week! Amazing and what a relief! But please don't anyone be discouraged if it didn't work out this week. Sometimes when I diet, it takes awhile to get all the fattening stuff out of the house and to get into the eating discipline and exercise. I couldn't bring myself to throw food away so I ate it! LOL, think I gained the first week of my diet. Can't wait to see how the rest of you have done.........
