Good Morning. Let me be the first to post disappointing results. I have actually gained a pound! In the last month, I have lost 12 pounds but 2 weeks on the A Type Diet have brought gain, not loss. I finally bought some Ketostix (Byer) and found I am not into ANY ketosis at all! So, I'm making some changes starting today.
Those of you who have followed my posts know I was undecided between being Type A (Adrenal), or Type T (Thyroid), but went with A to start this diet. I'm STILL undecided but seeing NO results after 2 weeks, AND knowing I lost over 40 pounds long ago on the T Type, has helped me make the decision to change programs after just 2 weeks, not the 30 days I promised myself.
My energy is dragging and I feel lousy most of the time. Before, after just one FULL week on the T diet, I had as much energy as a youngster. I also have to admit that for the 2 weeks (and 12 pound loss) preceeding this A diet, I was mostly on the T diet although not exactly, having packed away my book.
I love to do Yard Sales, and today's Saturday, so I'm off to assuage my spirits! Post your Losses here, and look for results late today (in a separate post named Week 1 Results) when I can list everyone at one time.
