I have had this seedling since last summer, and it grew ,well, normal then, but this year it has done this. There are no insects and it has been fed as much as the others, but it just twists! Even the stems refuse to grow straight, and I have to keep binding it every few days to try to correct it.I may toss it since I haven't seen a Y yet,but I am curious to see what it does next year.
Twisted leaves
So many of my brugs are doing that this year, also the Daturas, they do not have anymore blooms, just knarled(sp) leaves coming out the center. DH says looks like acid rain, which we have had so much of this year, plus chemical burns in top of so many of the leaves, in a path through the garden, like wind carrying chemicals? Maybe we are all breathing whatever it is! We do have Standard Oil, Pretri Chemical, about 20 miles on other side of town.
Don't get me started! Between what you said, Hibiscus and all those allergy commercials, I beginning to think we'll be paying for clean air soon :(
