Anyone want to split an Avid purchase?

Dayton, OH(Zone 5a)

I really need the Avid, too. Can't afford the price alone. Does anyone want to split it or perhaps divide into thirds to make it more affordable?

Riverhead, NY

I will go in on it,Morph.Give me the details.

I will also help!

Cool! I don't have any details, yet. I wanted to see if anyone was interested first. Let me go dig up what we need, and then get back to y'all!

Auburn, WA(Zone 8b)

If you can go down to quarters, I'd like some, too.

gotta question. Is Avid a granular that you put on the soil or a spray? I'd love some too (fought spider mites all summer), but already you have enough sharers...

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

here is a link, 226.00 for a quart. enough for many people....

Marshfield, MO(Zone 6a)

It is a liquid, 1/4 tsp per gallon is the way it is mixed, so a little goes a long way.

sorry i forgot the link. it may not be legal to send in the mail, i think susie said that.

I found it in Mobile for $289.70 per qt...that's a lot. I was wondering if the feed stores might sell this in small amts?

Rowlett, TX(Zone 8a)

Rosemania sells it 8 oz. for $100.

Rowlett, TX(Zone 8a)

btw.....UPS ships it..

Dayton, OH(Zone 5a)

Okay, I'm trying to find the best price and also follow shipping rules. I jumped in before I knew any details, so please be patient. I'm trying to identify best place & then order. Expensive!!!!!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

It is NOT LEGAL to ship a container of pesticide once it's been opened. It must be in the original unopened container to ship even with UPS(and there is a special fee for hazardous materials) and they must be labeled with ORIGINAL label.
It is ILLEGAL to ship pesticides by USPS(Post Office). Just don't want you guys to get into trouble.

Dayton, OH(Zone 5a)

Okay, so the question would be changed. Is there anyone who is coming to the Kentucky RU that would like to share Avid? Sewcrazy, I know you're a bit far for this :(

Dancinglady, WaterlooLily or sarv48, are you thinking about the RU? If so, we could open & divide there?

Thanks, Cala, for letting me know!

south of Grand Rapid, MI(Zone 5a)

no RU this year for me - but thanks anyway

Auburn, WA(Zone 8b)

Bummer. Don't want to break any laws. I would love to come to KY but can't in the near future. I have a good friend in Wingo. One of these years I'll get there. :)
