You know, I just had baby. I have been tried so hard to lose some weight before I got pregnant. I was into 200. It was frustrated and uncomfortable since I am only 5'2" tall. I know I should weight around 135 to 145. I guess being lazy and lots of going out to eat.. That which it got me to 200.
So now everybody said you look good and did you lose some weights? I said no then I decided to check myself on weight scale. OH my. I have lost 25 pounds since I had birth Matthew on August 6 recently. So I have been breastfeeding Matt since Aug 6 and eat right which it have lots of fresh fruits, fresh cooked vegetables, and of course drinking lots of water. I read that if you do breast feed, you will have to eat right and drinks lots of water or any fluids. I guess it work for me but of course I sneak and have some chocolate candy ( TWIX) once a while. LOL.. I can't help.. BUt I am going to try so hard to lose some weight that I am goal to lose 48 more pounds. I know I can do it and never said can't do it. When I am healing well, I am going to take Matt for a walking in the park. It should help.
