It's First Day, a cutting from Susie! I'm so excited, every time I go out to check on it, (about every ten minutes) I have to do the happy dance. (My daughter says my happy dance is not very attractive, but she doesn't understand!). the first bud is already about five inches long, it doesn't feel like there's much inside there yet, but it's growing every day. The two in this pic are still little...I bought them a gallon of aerated compost tea last weekend, they thought it was delicious!

LOL, you are so funny! you KNOW I'll be posting pics of my first ever blooms! I'll try to control myself, but I'm sure you will all be ready to pitch in to hire a hit man to wipe me off the planet just to stop me from bragging about how wonderful they are, unless my non-gardening cubicle neighbors here at work don't murder me first!

Oops, I fibbed, it's Kyle's Pink, not First Day, and it already has 8 buds, boy, once they Y they don't waste time! But good news, Donna, tonight I also found the first little buds on First Day, and Rosamond too! Now that I know what to look for I can tell when they are starting to make a Y even when the leaves are still tiny! I'm so happy!
