Yes it's a Mysore Banana.
It pups like crazy. I had to dig a post hole to stabilize
the bunch and about a good 12-16" down I was finding roots
from the Banana about 16" away from the main bunch (scary).
Is Mysore hardy to Z5?with mulch?

that is some tree ain't Bob LOL! it is the 1st variety of naners i've seen to be cold hardy. do u thing that can withstand the 10*F weather we have up here during the winter???
