One of my favorite asiatic lilies (unnamed) is sprouting little plants at the leaf joint. There are at least 20 on one plant.
Are these going to be viable plants?
Can I just transplant these little growths and end up with bulb?
I have never seen this before, does anyone have experience with such a thing?
Are these new bulbs?

They're bulbils and yes you can take them off and plant them for more lilies! Normally, they will take a couple of years to flower, if you left them they'd probably drop off and plant themselves anyway but if you do it at leats you've more control over what they do and where they end up!
yours are well advanced with those leaves. Mine are still small black buds
