The peaches from the Palasades (Western slope of Colorado) are coming in next week, and I have done a trade at work of my rhubarb jam, for a bushel of peaches! I cant wait! Can you share some of your favories with me? I would love to try canning some, and also making jam. I have heard of a great recipe using vanilla pudding, cream cheese, and peaches, for some type of pie or cobler. Any suggestions! Hope yall have a great weekend! Shelly
