I have a terrible time getting epiphyllum to bloom, but I got lucky this summer with Freuhling's Gold. (I think it's because I have it in a place where it gets more sun.)
This is supposed to be a smallish flower, but it's still 6-8" across. No fragrance that I can tell, and it's day blooming. It's a beautiful yellow gold backed by red petals.
Sometimes I Get Lucky
It's beautiful, reminds me of an Echinopsis hybrid. WOW
