cucumber beetles are starting now.......they chew small holes in the brugs at night. This little bugger is on a sister to Pristine and Inca Moon.

I found some stuff today called Bug Blaster that is all natural and has cucumber beetles on the list that it will kill or control. Only thing is....I have to spray a bloom to find out if it will spot the bloom or not. Don't know which would be worse.....having the beetles or ugly blooms from the spray. At least they wouldn't be able to multiply anymore, but I doubt I could ever get rid of all of them.

What a great shot!!! How did you do that? What camera do you use? I ask because I'm ready to make the leap to digital.

Costco has a few olympus digitals. They have 5.0 mega pixel that is very small. I think it is the C-50. I wish you could take them home to try out for a week!

I just went to google to make sure of the name of that one and I found a great page that has tons of ratings from the public. you should check it out on any camera you are serious about Linda.

I have something eating all the tendrils off my brugs. I'm wondering WHAT could be doing this? Think it could be the cucumber bettle?

Thanks for the information. My "research file" is getting pretty full. Hope to make a decision soon.
