One stool open

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

We called this morning and rented a roto rooter type machinge. Not a bad price compared to what one plumber quoted us. We decided not to try to do it ourselves tho as it is big and heavy and the metal coil looked as tho it might snap around and hurt someone. So we called poor Kyle just before he got off work and ask him to please do it when he got home and pick up Shad while he was on that end of town. Shad had been parking cars for his Boy Scout troop all day. I had worked there until 1 when Jack came by with the machine. Kyle took it all the way to the septic tank or so Jack & he think. They ran into a lot of obstructions but don't think they actually brought anything back out. By the time they finished that much Kyle was so tired and his back was hurting so badly that he just ate some supper and went to bed. His best friends came by to help him do some project related to getting the trailer moved over here but I refused to wake him up for them. Anyway, Shad mentioned to me the need to clean out the 1/2 stool drainage in the morning. He watched Kyle and feels he can do it. Since that stool has been giving problems for many years I feel it is the right thing to do. We don't have to have it back until noon tomorrow so I also want to go to the end of the drain line from the septic tank and work toward the septic tank from that end. We feel certain the lines have a lot of roots in them that need to be removed. While we are doing it we may as well do everthing we can. Only argument we will have is over the mulberry trees that are close to the sewer drainage lines as they cross the yard. Jack wants to remove them and I don't. I'd give up one of them but not both.
I potted up the caladiums this afternoon that I wanted to get done last night. I think I have about 6 or 7 pots. Several are for the cafe' to replace dead/dying/just plain awful summer plants that haven't stayed looking good. Taking them over and installing them in their new homes will likely happen Thursday evening. I've kind of set that up as the time I go work on those beds. My bosses have been doing a lot of watering so I don't have to do that anymore. That lets me get a lot more done in just a few hours once a week
Mary, I occurs to me that your friend may have overdosed on potassium instead of having a deficiency. I do hope she has seen a doctor by now so he can get her straighted out quickly.
Ok, the sleeping meds are taking effect and I'm fed up with typos which I must correct.
GOD bless and keep each of you.
