Pollinating thread, where did it go?

Can someone direct me towards the post or site that was once here somewhere that showed you how to pollinate a brug?

oh oh, think I have a problem. my anthers don't come apart on mine..........they stick together until it's completely done blooming and never come apart :(
what to do?

some cultivars do that. I take them off with tweezers and use to put on the other brugs. if you lightly squeeze the flower at the base of the calyx, they should spread apart.
