i used to lived in Los Angeles when i grew those night blooming jasmine, that was zone 10 i believe. in Los Angeles they grew all year long. i am not familiar with ur area. try foliar feeding it with MG 15-30-15, see if that will help. althought i never fertilized mine. good luck.

Decker,

I'm only a short distance away from you in New Orleans and it grows in lots of yards here without any special attention. My neighbors cut theirs down earlier this summer but I can smell it from my front porch right now so it seems to have bounced back. My friend had some spread from her back yard to the side yard on its own. She's trying to get rid of most of it so she's giving me some. I love the smell so we'll see how it grows in my yard!

What is MG?

I cut mine back right after flowering, it's bloomed three times so far this year too. Be sure when you cut it back that you aren't cutting buds off.
