I can really use help with this one.
A fellow-volunteer invented this recipe, and always made it for us to sell, and will not share it. She hasn't made any for the past several years, and my neighbor really loves it. I have searched and searched and tested and stirred and tried, I just can't make anything even close. All I have is the list of ingredients, but not quantity or instructions. Anyone wanna try it?
Ingredients (in descending order by weight):
tomatoes, red wine vinegar, sugar, basil, pectin
Or does anyone have any recipe that might be close?
