Have any of you done this?

Our bank sent a pamphlet in ref to Do Not Call Registry, and several other places that constantly bother you during the dinner hour. The pamphlet included this email address:

www.e-mps.org

and supposedly, if you enter your email address here it will cut back junk e-mail considerably. It only works for two years though and the above email address will email you in two years to sign up again. I don't get a lot of junk
mail as I have filters but I do get enough. Just wondering if anyone here had send this group your email address. Thanks!
