this is beautiful ! Is it as purple as it appears to be ? Purples are what i am looking for.

It's actually a super deep maroon, but if you like dark purple this is a great addition - I sent my Which Way Jim to the moderator several days ago - it is still in the queue. You will like that one too as it is also a lovely dark purple :-)

Thanks again Carolann, Unfortunately I just started getting pictures of my collection of daylilies (which are mostly Reds,Yellows,& Purples with some White)and would not have a clue how to begin to put them on DG. If I never find that out i will still enjoy seeing everyone elses. I kinda feel like i just visited the Wizard of Oz....I've got COURAGE ! and a new gardening friend.
