Oh Kristi, will you adopt me?? I only want you for your pool and the brugs, but we can get past that right??? Gorgeous!! Does your pool have dark blue tile?

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Yep, it has dark blue tile and a black bottom. I LOVE my pool. I use it every day. Did I mention it's heated, LOL?

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Now, that is a beautiful picture. Wish I had a pool, but I don't think I could take care of it now. We have too many trees here, not to mention the birds and you know what they would do...........

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

What a beautiful yard Kristi!

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Kristi, you are right . . your garden looks lovely and your pool is so nice. Would love to have one like yours and I prefer the dark colors like you.

Barnesville, GA(Zone 8a)

Isn't that lovely!

Go ahead and rub it in, your pool looks wonderful!

I'd settle for just one glimpse of my yard without the though of gee, I need to move that, or I gotta Weed, or it would look nice if the grass were cut or there wasn't so much insect damage--just one nice glimpse... like yours(:

BTW--(off subject) Kristy, what kinda dog is Datdog????
Please tell me, it's so cute!

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

Kristi, so serene and beautiful. Nice work.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Gee, I don't know whether to be jealous or tie you up, stick you in a closet and move right in. LOL SO, how many bedrooms? I'll be travelling with a lot of cargo. ;)

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

That looks so relaxing and refreshing, jump right in! Beautiful pool and plants.

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Thanks for all the kind comments. The yard still needs LOTS of work, but every now and again I can sit back and enjoy it.
The more the merrier- got four bedrooms and a full basement. Pool party at my house *grin*

Ludger, here is a shot of the front garden taken last month. This bed was put in this spring. Still has a long way to go to mature. I have about 10 brugs in this space.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

You must do your yard work early in the morning...or do you do it quickly later in the wet heat of the day and then jump into the pool as fast as possible! LOL. Your front and back are just gorgeous.

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Datdog, what a beautiful view from your window. It is just gorgeous.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

HL

Woodburn, OR(Zone 8a)

My gardens look exactly like yours, but only at night when I'm fast asleep and dreaming!!

Tonasket, WA(Zone 5a)

Kristie, your gardens are just gorgeous. The pool shot is beautiful, and must be so nice with the blue tile. You must spend most of your waking hours working in the garden. sure wish we would have a rainy day. Haven't had measurable rain since first of June. Had two weeks of temps between 95 and 104. Longest hot dry spell in local history. Largest wildfire in the nation not too far from me. Donna

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Okay, what did my husband pay you all? LOL* As you all know the camera hides many faults. I've only been in the house for a year. I have SO much work I still need to do. I'm actually sitting back and watching things grow right now. Come fall, I'm ripping up and redoing a few of the beds. Bad planning on my part early spring. I'm always wondering when I'll learn to plan first before I plant!

Freedom, PA(Zone 6a)

Your gardens are all beautiful! I have a pool also, but no heater, I think I was in the pool 5 times this year, sorry I opened it, thinking about getting a pool heater. To much rain this year. I have a variegated brug, well 2 of them that I bought off of ebay, they only said variegated brug, so I don't know what I have. I guess I'll have to wait until next year for them to bloom to see what I have. I didn't know there were so many different kinds of Brugs, I'm knew to brugs and daturas, last year being the first year to grow them. Now I want them all LOL, don't know where I will put them, but if there's a will then theres a way. I guess I'll have to dig up my yard!! Cathy

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

You are joining a group that has that same philosphy....wantng all and turning their yards into brug nurseries..LOL

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I'm like Kristi, but I DO plan first, have been doing this for 40+ years and still don't have it right! Something grows tall in front of something that needs sun. Sigh...
Guess I'll never learn.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I have a feeling Gloria that your yard is just as gorgeous as Kristi's!
