Satureja vulgaris

Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

I found a little plant of wild basil down by the fence between the lower pasture and the lower meadow (neat the way that works out). I'm going to go back and dig it as soon as I recover from the fall in the woodchuck hole (*(*&*&^@%&***^%^%$$^%!!!!!!!!). I did bring some little blue vervain home to stick in the swampy part of the lower part of the first rock wall. The Eupatorium, pink and white (Joe Pye weed and boneset) are in full flower and the virgin's bower. I also found one little goldenrod in bloom - the season moves apace! Pics when I get them developed.
