With the women-folk gone for a week I usually tend to go on a "meat trip"! Sunday I cooked a rubbed pork shoulder on the grill for seven hours, "mopping" it with flavor every 45 minutes. (I finished up around 1:am.)
Next day, as I forked it (pulled it to shreds) and was packing it up to distribute it to various friends it came to my attention I had put a quart of it in a yogurt container! Ah yessss...there's just something wunnerful about seeing some good ol' Carolina pulled pork BBQ in a container that says "Light and Fit"! (Just HAD to take a pic!)
(Sure tasted good, too!) τΏτ
