Jelly didn't jell!

I made some gooseberry jelly yesterday,6 1/2 cups juice,6 1/2 cups sugar and 1 packed of powdered Fruit jell pectin(Ball brand),Following the directions on the insert
It is still all watery,do I have to throw it out or is there a way to fix it?
