Okay, here we go. Changed my cookies day before yesterday, got my first virus yesterday, had 4 more infected files per Norton this morning and I can't get on my email today. Spent close to 2 hours on the phone with my broadband service and the very nice guy I talked to didn't really know what was going on. He finally concluded I have a corrupt identity and password. He said I need to recreate my identity and keep my name and email address but change the password and he thinks it may or may not be possible to save my email (which of course I have't backed up) by exporting it but he doesn''t know how and the people he is consulting there are giving conflicting reports so maybe I can find somebody who knows how to do that......?????
I am on outlook express and totally lost....Can someone help me?
