You are all correct. This is definately not a grass. We are trying to find a place for it. I only know the succulent as MedusaHead

I can't tell from the photo, but that looks more like a cactus than 'Medusa-head', or at least what I'm used to calling Medusa-head (Euphorbia caput-medusae). There are several Euphorbias that are similarly called Medusa-head, but this isn't one of them in the photo.
