My first virus.....:(

Everson, WA(Zone 8a)

When I turned my computer on this morning I had a message from Norton telling me it had found a virus. File name:PCRYUDB.exe Not submitted. Status:Backup Virus:Backdoor.Corell....
Under all items it said:Quarantined 0
Backup 1
Submitted 0

The activity log says: Virus alert 7/31/03 10:25:..
Auto protect Automatically deleted Backdoor.Corell....
Source C:WINDOWSSYSTEMPCRYUDB.exe
Application activities: none
Errors: none

What does this mean? Do I need to do anything? Right now I have Norton Anti-virus scheduled to run every week. Should I change that to every day? There isn't a daily option per se...just monthly, weekly, at startup, at login, and once. So should I set it for startup? Am I going to die? Is this virus terminal? HHHEEELLLPPPP!!!
