This one just blooms and blooms. Seems like it is always in flower.
Eternity on a rainy morn
I like it. Maybe mine will bloom before the end of the yr.
Larry
i like this one too, is it your cross susie?
Another pretty one! I like the way the color goes all the way up.
Susie:
Whenever you post photographs of your beautiful blooms, I'm saddened that you'll be leaving your beautiful garden behind, even though I know you'll create another, more beautiful garden at your new home. Do you know if the new owners of your current home are gardeners and appreciate all of the beauty that awaits them there?
Susie, this looks like another that I need to add to my "want list." I really like the color and I also like it because the color goes all the way up and is not white on the top half or third.
still waiting to see an ugly brug bloom---havent even once said "nahhhhhhh" to any bloom yall have showed so far...
This is not my cross. My friend gave me this plant last fall. It was her cross.
I don't know if the people who will live here after me will like flowers or not. I've shared lots of things from my gardens with friends and will send more out soon. I know if I ever need a piece back, they will share with me.
Susie, have you had any bad weather where you are? Power outages? Hope not!
are you going to take your little bird house Susie?
It has a blue bird in it, so it depends on whether the babies are gone or not. I have lots of birdhouses. Also have a Carolina Wren in a walking iris basket, I don't think the eggs will hatch and the babies fly before I have to leave(so I will leave the basket)
Very pretty Susie!
:) hope who ever inherits your gardens will be a good steward to them---but just in case they arent,----we could be down there in a flash to rescue your lil birdies and *cough* pick their garden clean while they are at work. lol
Susie I like that one. It looks like it has a small bloom. Are they small like antique lace? I think the blooms on it are so petite.
No, not small bloom. These are as big as Georgen Palais but not as big as KBS.
so many brugs, so little time
Oh Susie please leave the bluebird house. They like to return to the same house year after year. Many of the birds do this.I will send you a new one, heck I'll send you 2 of them. Ex. Titmouse house-squirrels kept knocking the top off and chewing the entrance- They abandoned the started nest and moved to another bigger house. In fall I got some new small ones and replaced the big house for a smaller house(Titmouse sized) in the same location. In spring all my birds were nesting but couldn't find the titmice. One day sitting on my porch I noticed the titmice fly to the old large house that I put in a different location. Sure enough there were 5 eggs in it. They like to use the same house that they used to produce a successful set of babies in wether it is to big or not. I think it is more the house than location. We had a late spring hard cold snap and all 6 of the 5 day old Chickadee babies died. So they moved to another exact type hosue in a different part of my yard. I will find out in spring if they go to the 2nd house or back the the original house they have used for years. Just let me know when you are settled. Oh that is a beautiful bloom.
Donna, this was a titmouse house last year. My birds play "musical houses" in the spring. This must be a new set of bluebirds, because the "regulars" are all in their last years houses. The titmice did take the wren house and the wren ended up in my hanging basket.
This one has pink all the way up. I just love the color. Is EP in its background Susie?
Eternity is very pretty, Suzie.
