Two on one

My pink brug (no ID on it) has both pink & white flowers now. Is this normal? It is also a lot lighter pink than last year. I only had the one pink one most of the summer but got a yellow one near the end. I now have several & some are blooming too. The local woman I got my 1st from only knows Pink, Yellow & white. I called them brugs & she didn't know what I was talking about. All she knows them by is Angel Trumpets. She really has some beautiful ones though & just hanging full of blooms. I don't think she even fertilizes them. From the street she really has a lovely cottage garden complete with the cottage. When U go in the yard it isn't quite as nice. Some in another forum say U can't have tropicals in a cottage garden. I say PHEY on that..I can have anything there I want. I'm gonna try & get some pictures tomorrow.

you know---I have a pumpkin patch (thanks to our jackolanter last oct.) right in the middle of cutting flowers on either side of the sidewalk up to my porch---and a couple of stray water mellon vines that my children must have accidently planted. I figure at 70 mph past my house in the country who cares? If my garden isnt for me? then whos it for?

Sugar, lots of brugs start out white and then turn to a different color.

Kell these are in full bloom..fully open. Most of mine change color when they open ..they seem to start out yellow & then change..

I'd love to but probably going to the oposite side. BTW from what I read veggies are fine mixed in with flowers in a cottage garden..
