I love (and am amazed) by this species. I saw some Victoria waterlilies when we visited Green & Hagstrom's nursery a few weeks ago, but I didn't have my camera, so I'm doubly glad you've added this image! Makes me wish for a bigger pond!!!!

These were in the Waterlily House (for tender waterlilies) at Kew Botanic Gardens in west London

Here it would have to be a huge INDOOR pond to grow these
(My next project???) LOL

I just loved all the others that were in flower too, particularly as I'm told they're scented (couldn't get close enough to test this!)
