Some of my jungle

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

All of you who have neat beds with space between the plants. As you can see by the photo - some of my jungle. My theory is that if you have weeds-you don't have enought plants.LOL. Keep planting and trading.

Great shot. Your ears are beautiful. I guess maybe I did the right thing by planting so close, but things do get lost in my beds.

That is fabulous. Love all the textures and colors.

Obviously, I don't have enough plants ... :)

Bamboo Tom, Very relaxing. If I were to plant most of the bamboo you have, I wouldn't be able to find the house in the morning. We have varieties that send out runners under houses. Beautiful to look at but I am afraid to plant. I know there are clumping varieties but in our climate the clump might get huge. I see you have yours in pots.

Montebello, CA(Zone 10a)

Yes
I keep all of the "Runners" in pots. Those I collect I have 7 species inground and will ad 4 more this year, after that
I will run out of planting room.
Once I have most of the planting dome you can be sure I'll be here looking for advice on other Jungle dwellers.

Barb, it looks great; I think the fuller it is, like yours, the better the look.
